In vitro fertilization,embryo transfer(IVF-ET) has played an important role in resolving the problem of sterility,although controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH),oocytes collection,fertilization and in vitro technology has gradually matured techniques,it is still faced with low rate and low pregnancy rate.Success of embryo plant depends on the quality of embryos and endometrial receptive.Embryo quality evaluation criteria has been widely known.In IVF-ET cycle of endometrial COH receptive and influence on the evaluation and how evaluation standards agreed yet,Endometrial receptive is those endometrial accept embryonic implantaion,Only the embryo and endometrial development synchronously,embryonic implantation is to be successed.To clear of endometrium characteristically became particularly important.Generally,carries index on the appraisal of molecular biology,endometrial morphology,humans,due to the test itself have been through the endometrial biopsy check morphology and pinocytosis probably prominent now evaluation of endometrium,but this is traumatic inspection methods.Transvaginal colour doppler sonography(TVCDS) was a nontraumatic inspection method.At present more and more researchers tend to use nontraumatic and cheap high-resolution TVCDS for evaluation of endometrium.The endometriosis receptive evaluation indexes of ultrasound include:anatomical parameter, endometrial thickness and volume) and physiological parameters(uterine artery and under endometrial blood flow situation) In IVF cycle,large clinical studies suggest that hCG injected day when the endometrial thickness＜8.0 mm,it would have an influence on the blastocysts in bed and growth,clinical pregnancy would rarely to occur.For the treatments of the thin endometrium at a small doses of aspirin,estrogen,vaginal with Viagra,vitamin E, trental joint high-dose vitamins E and GnRHa short-acting,and so on,But there are conflicting reports results in.This study introducing compound danshen drop pills into the treatment of patients with thin endometrium.Aims to explore the treatment effect of compound danshen drop pills on the thin endometrium patients in IVF cycles.Study:(1) Effects of compound danshen drop pill on endometrial thickness of COH process with thin endometrium of IVF-ET cycle.(2) Use nontraumatic high-resolution transvaginal doppler ultrasound to measure the uterine artery blood and indirect reflected the endometrial receptive.Discussing the hemodynamic mechanism of compound danshen drop pill in increase endometrial thickness.PartⅠThe effect of Compound danshen drop pill on endometrial thickness during COHObjective:To explore the effect of Compound danshen drop pill on endometrial thickness during COH.Methods:1.Samples and Sources:1)Source:51 samples of patients were obtained from female infertility patients receiving IVF-ET or ICSI-ET treatment from December 2007 to March 2009 in reproductive center of Nanfang Hospital,the age was less than 38 years old;in the first IVF cycle,at hCG injected day endometrial thickness less than 8mm not pregnant or canceled IVF cycle,then do the second IVF cycle.Case selection criteria:bilateral basic follicular not less than 10,the basal sexual hormone at normal level,was less than 38 years old,using corpus luteum long cycle.The patient was neiver had history of endometrial injury and tuberculosis,two IVF treatment intervals for more than three months.2) Groups:According to whether take the compound danshen drop pills into the non-medicine group,the medicine group. 2.Observing indexes and Experimental methods:Observing indexes and methods: Index:the hCG injected day endometrial thickness.Methods:Using Voluson i color doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment.In the medicine treatment cycles, Compound danshen drop pills were given from the first given Gn day to taken oocytes day.Compound danshen drop pills be taken three times/d,10pills/times, 27mg/pill.Others were as same as the first cycles.3.Statistical methods:The statistical software SPSS 13.0 is used here to conduct data analysis and a significant P value is taken as less than 0.05.Experimental result is represented in term of sample mean±standard deviation(x±s),and Measurement data using in Paired-Samples T Test.Results:1.Taken compound danshen drop pills treatment cycle got clinical pregnancy 10 cases,biochemical pregnancy 5 cases.2.Taken compound danshen drop pills treatment cycle endometrial thickness (8.60±1.15) mm is significantly higher than that without using compound danshen drop pills cycle(7.17±0.55) mm(t=9.135,P=0.000).3.The taken compound danshen drop pills treatment cycle endometrial thickness 43cases over 8mm.4.Taken compound danshen drop pills treatment cycle retrievd oocytes (12.3±3.1) higher than that without using compound danshen drop pills cycle (11.8±3.4),but no significant difference(t=1.802,P=0.078).Conclusions:1.Taken compound danshen drop pills treatment IVF -
