Study On The Influence Of Compound Danshen Drop Pills Companied With Aspirin On Platelet Aggregation Function Of Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Compound Danshen Drop Pills companied with Aspirin on Platelet Aggregation Function of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with Coronary Heart Disease were randomly divided into Aspirin group (conventional western medicine) and Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group(conventional western medicine plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills).Aspirin group commenced conventional therapy of coronary heart disease at the day of admission.Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group was given Compound Danshen Drop Pills 10 pills three times a day on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy.Every treatment lasted for thirty days.The level of PAGM,TXB₂ were measured 1 day before medication,1 week and 1 month after medication.Results:The values of PAGM(%) were respectively 67.74±9.31,51.39±6.23,49.61±5.81 the values of TXB₂(pg/ml) were respectively 138.04±34.59,74.62±21.58,75.37±16.89 before treatment,after treatment for 1 week and 1 month in the Aspirin group.The contents of PAGM(%) were respectively 67.20±7.07,52.29±5.64,42.76±5.01;the contents of TXB₂ (pg/ml) were respectively 128.79±32.95,73.70±12.43,64.13±12.42 in the Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group.Both PAGM and TXB₂ were not statistically significant before treatment and after treatment for 1 week between the two groups(P＞0.05).Both PAGM and TXB₂ were significantly lower after treatment for 1 month in Aspirin plus Compound Danshen Drop Pills group than those in the Aspirin group,both PAGM and TXB₂ were statistically significant between the two groups after treatment for 1 month(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).Conclusion:Effect of combined therapy with Compound Danshen Drop Pills and Aspirin is superior to that of single Aspirin therapy in treatment of coronary heart disease.
