ObjectiveThis study Compared with Survival quality,Angina pectoris symptom alleviation degree,The bad cardiovascular event,serum lipid(CHOL,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and LVEF to evaluate the intervention of compound Danshen dorp pills on coronary heart disease(CHD)patients after successful percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).MethodsA total of 60 CHD patients after successful percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)from Guangdong TCM hospital heart center were randomized into two groups,the treated group(n=30)and control group(n=30).They were all treated with conventional Western medicines base on the guideline,mainly including aspirin(100mg qd),clopidogrel(75mg qd)and atorvastatin(treated group:10mg,control group:20mg).While to the treated group,were given 10 grains of compound danshen drop pills(rid)for 3 months,lf enrolled patients had other diseases,added correspondent drugs according to the relative guideline.The following index were observed:Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ),The bad cardiovascular event,high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),serum lipid(CHOL,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)and LVEF%.To exam the secure target,determined compound danshen drop pills is safe to Taking.ResultA total of 60 CHD patients,the treated group(n=30)and control group(n=30).
