Effect Of Peripheral Blood Of Patients With C-reactive Protein, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α On Post-thoracotomy Patients With Tanreqing Injection And Clinical Observation

[Objective]To investigate changes in plasma C-reactive protein(CRP) and Tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) level of post-thoracotomy patients with Tanreqing injection,to explore the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine method for post-thoracotomy in patients with in fiammatory factors and their clinical significance.[Methods]60 patients with thoracic surgery were selected and divided randomly into Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine groups.Western Medicine group was treated by conventional antibiotics after operation,while Chinese Medicine group was treated by Tanreqing Injection and conventional antibiotics.30 health subjects in our hospital were selected into health group.Serum levels of TNF-αand CRP in 60 patients were observed on the 1d before operation,the 2h,24h,72h and 6d after operation,30 health subjects observed on the examination date,then the measured results were compared to observe the different methods effect of patients in perioperative plasma TNF-αand CRP concentration levels.[Results]CRP level of the patients had no significant difference between groups of Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine before surgery and at 2h after operation(P＞0.05).CRP level at 24h after surgery in patients of two groups was significantly higher than health group(P＜0.01),it's significantly downturn at 72h-6d after surgery,at 6d after operation measured level of CRP has significantly difference with health group(P＜0.01).In Chinese Medicine group,postoperative 24h measured concentration of CRP was significantly lower than Western Medicine group(P＜0.01),and at 72h,6d after operation measured concentration of CRP was lower than Western Medicine group(P＜0.05).TNF-αlevel of the patients had no significant difference between group Western Medicine and Chinese Medicine before surgery and at 2h after operation(P＞0.05).All levels of TNF-αafter surgery in patients was significantly higher than health group(P＜0.01).At 6d after operation measured level of TNF-αhad no difference with level of operative surgery(P＞0.05).In Chinese Medicine group,levels of 24h,72h,6d after operation measured concentration of TNF-αwere lower than Western Medicine group(P＜0.05).CRP,TNF-αlevels were similar in two patients groups,but the increased rate were different.[Conclusion]Thoracic surgery can promote plasma CRP and TNF-αof patients.Tanreqing injection can be effective in reducing that CRP,TNF-αrelease of inflammatory mediators to the purpose of reducing the inflammatory response,which open up new trails to combat the lung inflammatory response after open heart hrough traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
