The Surface Electromyography Evaluate On Different Wave-type Electric Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Remission

Objective:To parameters of surface electromyography for the target, electro-acupuncture on different wave-type disc herniation of lumbar muscle function in patients with remission recovery observed differences,which further guidance on the clinical electro-acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation with remission.Methods:(1)Received object:In this experiment were collected 63 cases of patients,were from the Rehabilitation Center of Affiliated Hospital of Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine&Second People's Hospital of Fujian Province,and the patients were from Oct 2007 to Oct 2008.According to the diagnostic criteria to determine the selected subjects,male 41 cases,22 cases of female,age from 26 to 55 years old,the average age of 40.5 years old;and 32 cases of patients with prominent segment for L4-L5,18 cases of patients with prominent segment for L5-S1,13 cases of patients with prominent segment for L4-L5 and L5-S1.(2)Cases subgroup:According to the principle of a simple random,we could put the subjects were divided into two groups A(Density-wave electro-acupuncture group)and B(Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture group), and A group included 31 cases and B group included 32 cases.(3)Operation Method: A group of electric acupuncture treatment of density-wave;B group continuous-wave electric needle therapy,once daily treatment,10 times for one course of treatment,a total of two treatment.(4)Detect marker:FER,MFs,ASLR,DFTF,VAL and JOA.(5)Data processing:Experimental data were analyzed with software SPSS 13.0.Results:(1)The two group before and after treatment could be seen VAL,JOA,DFTF, ASLR had a very significant difference(P＜0.05);(2)According to contrast between the two groups,Density-wave electro-acupuncture group compared with VAL and JOA margin Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture group was no significant difference(P＞0.05),but there was significant difference on DFTF,ASI.R(P＜0.05); (3)According to contrast between the two groups,Density-wave electro-acupuncture group compared to FER and MFs margin Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture group was significantly different(P＜0.05);(4)Density-wave electro-acupuncture group,the total efficiency of 93.3%,a significant efficiency 70%,Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture group,the total efficiency of 90%,markedly effective rate 56%,respectively,after treatment there was a significant statistical difference(P＜0.05),but the total effective rate was no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Lumbar disc herniation with the period of remission Density-wave electro-acupuncture group and Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture group are certainly effection.Therefore they can be on the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation as a remission of a conservative treatment.However, Density-wave electro-acupuncture at ASLR,DFTF,FER and MFs is superior to Continuous-wave electro-acupuncture,and the Density-wave electro-acupuncture group high cure rate and significant efficiency,it is meaningful to promotion on clinical.
