The Common Complications And Impact Factors Of Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis

Introduction: Chronic hepatitis B is a serious human health hazards of the common diseases,prevention and treatment of chronic hepatitis B is a global public health problem, has aroused the concern of all countries in the world. Hepatitis B virus livercirrhosis is the late stage of hepatitis B infection. Can occur in patients with refractory ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, gastrointestinal blee-ding, infection or serious complications of liver failure and death.A common complication of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis are highly related to alcohol consumption, smoking, education level and other fac-tors, and therefore the study of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis complicatio-ns and the common impact factors are very helpful for providing theo- retical basis for behavioral intervention and alleviating the patient's c-ondition, and in order to reduce the suffering of patients and the bur- den of families, the society.Materials and Methods: Choose the hospitalized patients with he-patitis B liver cirrhosis in ICU ward of the Sixth People's Hospital of Dalian from 2008.01 to 2009.01 total of 12 months. Get the laborator- ydata from the laboratory disease records, smokinbehavior factors also f-rom the personal history of disease records , get the education level i-mformation by telephone counseling. Spss11.5 statistical software was used for analysis.Results: Alcohol consumption, smoking, education level are impor-tant relevant impact factors for li-ver cirrhosis caused by hepatitis B. The long-term alcohol consumption, smoking and lower educational l- evel in cirrhotic patients with hepatitis B, ascites,hepatic encephalopa- thy, and the risk of gastroin testinal bleeding are higher than patients without drinking, smoking and high education level.Conclusion: The common complications of hepatitis B liver cirrh-osis are highly related to alco-hol consumption, smoking, education level.
