Clinical Study Of Liqihuatanquyu Decoction Treating Hyperlipemia With Phlegm And Blood Stagnation

Objective:To discuss the clinical curative effect on Hyperlipemia by using liqihuatanquyu decoctionMethod:60 cases of inpatients with Hyperlipemia from February 2004 to February 2005 were selected and divided into two groups randomly(Chinese medicine treatment group,the control group),and were treated with liqihuatanquyu,Zhibituo respectively for 2 months.Blood Lipid,Chinese medical syndromes and ECG were observed.Moreover,all of them were compered between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of liqihuatanquyu decoction treating Hyperlipemia with Phlegm and Blood stasis was 93.3%,and Chinese medical syndromes improvement rate was 93.3%too,While that of the other group were 80.0%and 56.7%inspectively.There were no significent diffierence between the two groups about total effect (p＞0.05).The results showed that Blood Lipid(TC TG LDL-C ApoB) were both lowered in the two groups(p＜0.05).Moreover,HDL-C and ApoA1 were increased in the treatment group(p＜0.05),Chinese medical syndromes and ECG were better improved in the treatment group(p＜0.05),This prompted liqihuatanquyu decoction treating Hyperlipemia better than that of zhibituo.Futhurmore,it is clear that they are both very safe,Conclusions:liqihuatanquyu decoction is effective in treating Hyperlipemia,and it has characters as wide safety scope and good security utilities.
