| Purpose:To investigate the Xiao Chai Hu Tang(xcht) United 5-fluorouracil (5-fu) for hepatoeellular carcinoma Hca-f mouse tumor stromal angiogenesis. Material and method:40 Kunming mice inoculated hepatoeellular carcinoma Hca-f cells,the production of animal models were randomly divided into control group,xcht group,5-fu group,xcht+5-fu group,continuous treatment of factors imposed on the 10th,the mice were killed the next day.Observation of the results of the use of mice in general status Change,disposal weight difference before and after comparison,the light microscope to observe the number of tumor blood vessels;electron microscope mesenchymal tumor angiogenesis situation;Immunohi-stochemical detection of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression, tumor microvessel density(MVD).Results:1.The general status of mice in each group:control group of mice mental status bad,eating a small amount,xcht group compared in mice,make them apathetic,eating a smaller quantity;5-fu mice in a good mental state,eating a higher quantity; xcht+5-fu group mental status good flexibility exercise,diet group were higher than the xcht group,5-fu group.2.Control group of mice weight gain was significantly lower than xcht group,5-fu group,xcht+5-fu groups,xcht+5-fu group have the largest amount of weight gain.3.Under light microscope,the control group tumor stromal capillaries in newborn than xcht group,5-fu group,xcht+5-fu group intensive,On average,each high-power microscope field of vision(400 times) can be seen 6-10 months capillarias, xcht+5-fu group of vascular mesenchymal tumor number was significantly lower than control group,the average high mirror vision(400 times) under the capillary can be seen 3-6 months.4.Under electron microscope,a simple group of tumor tissue tumor capillary wall with new thin,endothelial cell pseudopods in contact space,and basement membrane of thin and loose.xcht group,5-fu group,xcht+5-fu group of new blood capillary can be seen within the tumor tissue thin capillary wall,the visible portion of the blood vessel to shrink the blood vessels or in part,the remaining debris, xcht+5-fu new tumor capillary structure of the organization greater damage.5.Immunohistochemistry showed,xcht group,5-fu group,xcht+5-fu group VEGF positive expression,MVD was lower than the control group,xcht+5-fu group to reduce the most obvious.6.MVD count results to the results of VEGF was positively correlated.Conclusion:1.Xiao Chai Hu Tang United 5-fluorouracil Hca-f to enhance the quality of life of liver cancer in mice the role;2.Xiao Chai Hu Tang United 5-fluorouracil inhibit hepatocellular carcinoma Hca-f tumor angiogenesis in mice;3.Xiao Chai Hu Tang United 5 fluorouracil may reduce liver cancer in mice Hca f tumor VEGF protein expression;4.Xiao Chai Hu Tang United 5-fluorouracil may reduce liver cancer in mice Hca-f tumor MVD;5.Xiao Chai Hu Tang UniLed 5-fluorouracil Hca-f improve quality of life of liver cancer in mice,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis by reducing the role of stromal tumor microvessel density and lower VEGF protein expression and the implementation;6.Xiao Chai Hu Tang United 5-fluorouracil by inhibiting the Hca-f tumor angiogenesis in mice liver function,reduce stromal tumor microvessel density and lower VEGF protein expression and inhibit tumor metastasis;7.Xiao Chai Hu Tang with 5-fluorouracil combined with reduced side effects and low toxicity,increasing the role of drug efficacy. |
