Clinical Investigation On The Damp-heat Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated With Modified-adjusted TiaoZhongYiQi Decoction

Objective:Through the collection of clinical cases for forward-looking experimental research under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory that named "Spleen and Stomach" to observe the clinical efficacy on the Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency of Chronic Glomerulonephritis treated with the Chinese medical decotion that named Modified-adjusted TiaoZhongYiQi Decoction,including the improvement of clinical symptoms and changing circumstances of hematuria,proteinuria,renal function,creatinine clearance rate,serum cystatin,plasma albumin.And then to explore the the feasibility and effectiveness of "Spleen and Stomach" thought to guide the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods:This study used a single-blind randomized controlled clinical observation of law,would be consistent with the inclusion criteria of chronic nephritis in patients of the Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency 62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and 31 cases of the control group.Treatment group treated with Modified-adjusted TiaoZhongYiQi Decoction by oral,adjusting the herbals according to the disease while control group treated with Lotensin by oral,and symptomatic treated correspondingly.Two groups were catering accommodation guide regulation,suspended the use of ARB and ACEI drugs in patients of treatment group with elevated blood pressure,turned to use calcium channel blockers(CCB) or other type of antihypertensive agents,also use CCB or other commonly used antihypertensive drugs to the control group with poor control of blood pressure,controlling patients' blood pressure in two groups goal at less than 130/80mmHg before the investigation.The two groups were observed before and after treatment the improvement of clinical symptoms and hematuria,proteinuria,renal function,serum cystatin,plasma albumin and other changes.Results:At the total effect on the disease treatment,the treatment group clinical total effective rate was 87.10%;while the control group was 54.84%,the treatment group better than the control group(P＜0.05).Treatment group and control group can be significantly improved in patients with renal function,improve serum albumin and creatinine clearance rate level,reducing a 24-hour urinary protein and plasma cystatin levels(P＜0.05),between the two groups no significant difference(P＞0.05).The two groups can be significantly reduced in patients with red blood cells in urine(P＜0.01),the effect of the treatment group better than the control group hematuria(P＜0.05).In improving the syndrome points up,the treatment group the total effective rate was 87.10%,while the control group,the total effective rate was 67.74%,the treatment group better than the control group(P＜0.05).In clinical symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group(P＜0.05) at the improvement in low back pain,poor appetite,yellow urine and burning or pain in urination,distension and stomach pain,thin stool,dry mouth do not want to drink,while in edema,fatigue,swollen skin boils,ulcers,sore throat,frequent urination or nocturia,bitter taste,dry or sticky mouth no significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Treated with Modified-adjusted TiaoZhongYiQi Decoction can effectively improve the renal function,improve glomerular creatinine clearance rate and reduce proteinuria,hematuria and serum cystatin levels,improve the level of plasma albumin to improve the patient's symptoms,improve quality of life of patients,the decotion are the effective treatment prescription for chronic glomerulonephritis on the damp-heat syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Qi deficiency.At the same time proved that the thought of "Spleen and Stomach" for the treatment of chronic nephritis with the feasibility and effectiveness.
