Dalian 262 Cases Of Patients With Chronic Urticaria Allergen Skin Prick Test Results

Objective: To detect the Dalian region of patients with chronic urticaria 262 cases of major allergens,as well as the analysis of allergens in different gender, different age difference between patients.Methods: A retrospective study I out-patient in March 2007 -2008 in March of 262 cases of chronic urticaria patients with the results of"prick test". 262 patients with chronic urticaria have typical clinical manifesta- tions, of which 100 cases of men (38%),162 cases of women (62%); the age of 8 ~ 68 years old, average 32.8 years of age; course of 2 months to 10 years an average of 2.3 years. statistical using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software, The establishment of a database of medical records and conduct processing and analysis, using Chi-squareχ~2 test, p <0.05 for statistical significance.Results:(1)262 cases of urticaria in patients with allergen-positive rate was 95.4%; which one kinds of allergens positive in 90 cases, accounting for 34.3%; two kinds of positive allergens in 96 cases, accounting for 36.6%; three kinds of positive allergens in 49 cases, accounting for 18.7%; four kinds of allergens positive in 9 cases, accounting for 3.4%; more than five kinds of positive allergens in six cases, accounting for 2.3%, with 1 species and two kinds of large proportion of allergens.(2) Food Section 5 before: 54.5% percent of shrimp, mussels 50.4%, 46.5% of halibut, lamb 41.2%, 36.2% red pepper. Before inhalation Group 5: 23.6% of house dust mite, dust mite 18.3%, StreptomycesⅠ12.9%, StreptomycesⅡ11.0%, Hair mentagrophytes 9.5% (3) Male and female patients with urticaria allergens positive rate is not very different from the male group of food allergens in pre-5: shrimp, mussels, halibut, lamb, red pepper. As can be seen inhaling Hair mentagrophytes the larger the difference between The larger the difference between men and women latex category, 0.01 0.05, no difference between men and women.(4) Urticaria patients with different age groups allergens positive rate differential, in which the hay dust inhalation group, food group shrimp, mussels, halibut, eel, peaches, 20-year-old in less than a high rate of allergic people, and latex inhalation group category, and red pepper in the 20 ~ 55-year-old crowd allergy is high, the milk food group than the 55-year-old crowd in allergy rates than the other two groups.Conclusion:1. 262 cases of chronic urticaria in patients with allergen-positive rate was 95.4%; which one kinds of allergens positive in 90 cases, accounting for 34.3%; two kinds of positive allergens in 96 cases, accounting for 36.6%; 3 or more kinds of allergens positive in 64 cases, accounting for 24.2%.2. The food group to 54.5% of shrimp, mussels 50.4%, 46.5% for halibut found; inhalation group to house dust mite 23.6%, 18.3 dust mites, mold oftenⅠ12.9%.3. Male and female patients with allergic urticaria positive rate is not very different from the original, but there are certain types of allergens difference.4.
