Objective: Discuss the variation of main clinical experiment indicators of coronary heart disease and the association of DNA with coronary heart disease. Methods: The coronary heart disease group consisted of 40 hospital- ized coronary heart disease patients including 20 males and 20 females aged between 40 to 86-year old. The biochemical control group consisted of 32 healthy people aged between 40 to 86-year old including 16 males and 16 females, who were randomly chosen through physical examination. The STR control group consisted of 150 non-related and healthy individuals including 75 males and 75 females who were younger than 45-years old. Intravenous blood sampling was collected for the test of TP, ALB, AST, ALT, ALP and GGT for evaluating the liver function, the test of IgA, IgM, IgG, C3 and C4, the test of CysC, CREA and UREA for evaluating kidney function, and the test of CRP(h-CRP) and GSP. All the above tests were carried out by with Hitachi 7600 Fully Automatic Biochemical Analyzer. The test of WBC, Neu#, LY#, RBC, HGB and PLT was performed by BC5500 Fully Automatic Analyzer. STR loci were tested by means of PCR and five-color fluorescent automatic detection, which included D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, THO1, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, VWA, TPOX, D18S51, D5S818 and FGA.Results: The average values of liver function items TP (g/L), ALB (g/L), ALP (IU/L) in the coronary heart disease group were respectively 71.99, 42.2, and 92.00, while the average values in the control group were respectively 77.44, 46.15, and 78.66. There was significant difference in these three items (P<0.05) and there was no difference in other four items. The average values of kidney function CysC(mg/l) and CREA(umol/L) items were 1.025 and 88.65 in the coronary heart disease group, while such average values in the control group were respectively 0.869 and 70.97. There was significant difference in such items (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in other items. The average values of regular blood items WBC, Neu# and LY# in the coronary heart disease group were respectively 7.01, 4.15 and 2.28, while such average values in the control group were respectively 5.88, 3.14 and 2.23. There was significant diff- erence in such three items (P<0.05), while there was no significant diff- erence in other items. The average value of GSP (mmol/L) in the coronary heart disease group was 1.985 and the average value of GSP (mmol/L) in the control group was 1.894. The result had no significant difference (P>0.05). The average value of h-CRP (mg/L) in the coronary heart disease group was 4.705 and the average value of h-CRP (mg/L) in the control group was 3.406. The result had significant difference (P>0.05). The average value of immune item IgA (g/L) in the coronary heart disease group was 3.00 and the average value of immune item IgA (g/L) in the control group was 2.20. There was significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in other four items. The loci frequencies of STRs D21S11-33.2, D7S820-7, VWA-14, FGA-22 and FGA-26.2 in the coronary heart disease group were respectively 0.000, 0.025, 0.175, 0.200 and 0.025, and such frequencies in the control group were respectively 0.057, 0.000, 0.300, 0.110 and 0.000. There was significant difference in (P<0.05) in such five items, while there was no significant difference in other items. Conclusion: There is variation of liver function, kidney function, regular blood and immune system to different extent in the coronary heart disease patient. The loci frequencies of STRs D21S11-33.2 and VWA-14 in the coronary heart disease group are lower than those in the control group, so there may be resistance genes to coronary heart disease nearby. The loci frequencies of STRs D7S820-7, FGA-22 and FGA-26.2 are higher than those in the control group, so there may be genes nearby that are easy to catch coronary heart disease.
