PART ONE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF REGγIN HUMAN GASTRIC CANCER CELLS AND IN NORMAL GASTRIC CELL LINEObjective:To study the expression and significance of REGγin human gastric cancer cells and normal gastric cell. Methods:Immunocytochemistry RT-PCR and Western blotting were applied to detect the expression of REGγin well differentiated gastric cancer cell line (MKN-28),moderately differentiated gastric cancer cell line (SGC-7901) , poorly differentiated gastric cancer cell line (BGC823)and normal gastric cell(GES-1).Results:①REGγlevels of the three gastric cancer cells were obviously higher than those of normal gastric(P<0.05).②REGγlevels of BGC823 were the highest, the level of SGC-7901 is higher than that of MKN-28 in the three gastric cancer cells. Conclusion:The expression level of REGγwere obviously higher than those of normal gastric, and increased with differentiation degree decreased.PART TWO EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF REGγIN HUMAN GASTRIC CANCER TISSUES AND IN NORMAL GASTRIC MUCOSA TISSUESObjective:To study the expression and significance of REGγin human gastric cancer and normal gastic mucosa tissue, the correlation between the expression of REGγprotein and the tumor biological behaviour was analyzed. Methods : Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of REGγin human gastric cancer tissues and normal gastic mucosa tissues.Results:①REGγlevel of human gastric cancer was obviously higher than that of normal gastic mucosa tissue.(P<0.05).②REGγlevel in T≤4cm was obviously lower than that in T > 4cm group(P <0.05).③REGγlevel in lymph node positive was obviously higher than that in lymph node negative (P<0.05).④REGγlevel in well differentiated group was obviously lower than that poorly group(P<0.05).⑤REGγlevel in invasion in the ectoptygma group was obviously lower than that of out of the ectoptygma group (P<0.05).⑥REGγlevel in the group of distant metastasis is higher than that of no distant metastasis group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level of REGγwere obviously higher in gastic cancer tissue than those of normal gastric tissue.REGγlevel increased in T>4cm, lymph node positive, poorly differentiated , invasion out of the ectoptygma and the distant metastasis group.
