Expression And Significance Of CD44v9 In The Progression Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To study the expression and significance of CD44v9 in the progression of gastric cancer.Methods: We collected 30 cases of early gastric cancer in our gastroscope room,30 cases of advanced gastric cancer after gastrointestinal surgery,and 30 cases of corresponding normal tissue next to gastric cancer after gastroscopy in our hospital.HE staining was used to observe the pathological features of gastric cancer.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of CD44v9 in adjacent normal tissues,early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer.Expression differences using t test comparison.Results:1.Case dataHE staining: early cancer: 23 well-differentiated adenocarcinomas,7moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas;advanced gastric cancers: 11 moderately differentiated adenocarcinomas,16 poorly-differentiated aden ocarcinomas,2 mucinous adenocarcinomas,1 signet-ring cell carcinoma.2.The stomach tissue immunohistochemical resultsAccording to the results of immunohistochemistry,CD44v9 is mainly located in the cell membrane and a small part is located in the cytoplasm.In gastric cancer tissues,most of CD44v9 was positively expressed,the optical density(OD)value was(0.232±0.096),the normal tissue around the tumor was not expressed,the optical density(OD)value was 0,and the OD value of gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of adjacent cancer.In normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression of CD44v9 in early gastric cancer tissues was mostly positive,the optical density(OD)value was(0.280±0.112),most of CD44v9 in advancedgastric cancer tissues was weakly positive,the optical density(OD)value was(0.199±0.069),and the OD value of early gastric cancer tissues.Higher than that of advanced gastric cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of CD44v9 in gastric cancer tissues is higher than that of the normal tissue in the gastric cancer tissue,indicating that it can be used as a marker of tumor to provide a basis for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.2.The expression of CD44v9 in early gastric cancer tissues was higher than that of advanced gastric cancer,indicating that it could provide a basis for the evaluation of gastric cancer.
