Application Of Color Doppler Ultrasonography-Guided Needle Localization Biopsy In Non-Palpable Breast Lesions

Objective: To discuss the value and the application of Color Doppler Ultrasonography and Color Doppler Ultrasonography-guided needle localization biopsy in non-palpable breast lesions(NPBL).Method: Detected 102 NPBL in 91 women with Color Doppler Ultrasonography and X-ray Mammarygraphy when admission,the Color Doppler Ultrasonography can detect 99 NPBL.The 99 NPBL was determined to remove after ultrasound-guided needle localization,and the spacimens were admitted to pathology.Result: The detection rate and diagnose accordance rate of breast Color Doppler Ultrasonography are more higher than that of X-ray Mammarygraphy. The accurate localization rate is 97.0%,all the located 99 NPBL were removed. There are 43 fibroadenoma(43.4%),22 mastopathia companied with fibroadenoma forming(22.2%) , 24 breast cystic hyperplasia(24.2%),5 intracanalicular papilloma(5.1%),4 infitrating ductal carcinoma(4.1%),1 intraductal carcinoma(1.0%). Conclusion:The detection rate and diagnose accordance rate of breast Color Doppler Ultrasonography are more higher than that of X-ray Mammarygraphy.The method also is accurate.On the whole,it is a good method to extend and applicate.
