Objective To analysis the impact of the cell factors of TNF-α, IL-1β,NF-κB and PR on early spontaneous abortion and investigate the mechanism of early spontaneous abortion by measuring the expression of these indexes in the decidual tissues of spontaneous abortion and normal early pregnancy.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the differential expression of TNF-α,IL-1β,NF-κB and PR in the deciduas of early spontaneous abortion and normal early pregnancy(30 cases in each group,respectively);At the same time,to analysis the relationships among TNF-α,IL-1β,NF-κB and PR.Results 1.Compared to control group,the percentage of positive staining cases and the mean of staining score of TNF-α,IL-1βand NF-κB were higher in study group,and there was a significant difference between in study group and control group in the stromal cells and the glandular epithelial cells of decidua(P<0.05);2.The percentage of positive staining cases and the mean of staining score of PR were lower in study group than their of control group,and there was no significant difference of the percentage of positive staining cases(P>0.05) and a significant difference of the mean of staining score between in study group and control group in the stromal cells of decidua(P<0.05); 3.The correlation analysis among TNF-α,IL-1β,NF-κB and PR showed the expression of TNF-αand IL-1βhas a positive correlation with NF-κB(r=0.410,P<0.05;r=0.501,P<0.05) and a negative correlation between NF-κB and PR in the stromal cells of decidua in study group(r =-0.628,P<0.05),but no correlation among TNF-α,IL-1βand NF-κB in the glandular epithelial cells and TNF-α,IL-1βand PR in the stroma cells of decidua in study group(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The expression of TNF-α,IL-1βand NF-κB was significantly high,which was probably involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion;2.The expression of PR was low,which was probably involved in the pathogenesis of early spontaneous abortion;3. NF-κB may be activated and increased by TNF-α,IL-1β,and NF-κB probably reduced the synthesis of PR by one way or more ways.
