The Relationship Between The Expression Of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor, Progesterone Receptor And The Spontaneous Abortion

Objective:To investigate the expression of Vescular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) and Progesterone Receptor(PR) in decidua and villus of early normal pregnancy and missed abortion in the early gestation stage and their relationship.Study on the correlation of VEGF and PR with the pathogenesis of early abortion.Methods:Thirty normal early pregnant women and thirty women that had missed abortion were studied.Expression of VEGF and PR in decidua and villus were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results:1.Both VEGF and PR expressed in the villus of both experimental group and control group.The expression of VEGF in villus of experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).The expression of PR in villus of experimental group was lower than control group,but there were no significant different(P＞0.05). 2.Both VEGF and PR expressed in the decidua of both experimental group and control group.The exprssion of both VEGF and PR in decidua of experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05).3.The relationship between the VEGF and PR was positive correlation(P＜0.05).Conclusion:(1) The lower expression of VEGF maybe play an important role in the formation of abortion.(2) The lower expression of PR maybe play an important role in the formation of abortion.(3) Lower expression of PR in decidua maybe down regulate the expression of VEGF in decidua which impacted the development of the decidua what induce the abortion.
