Study On The Preparation And Quality Standards Of Yishenjiangtang Granules

Objective:Yishenjitang Granule,which is made from Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Fructus Corni and other eight kinds of herbs,is an effective prescription in treating Glycuresis.The author has made a systematic study on its preparation,quality standards.Methods:(1) Taked extracting ratio and the content of loganin as index, the process of alcohol extract include Fructus Corni and Achyranthis Bidentatae was made with single factor checking and orthogonal design method;Taked the inclusive rate and the content of Radix Rehmanniae as index,the process of water extract include Radix Astragali and Radix Rehmanniae was made with single factor checking and orthogonal design method;and the concentration and desiccation of water solvent was researched with the method of signal factor.(2) To screen better excipient and better ratio of the excipients and to improve the formability of the Yishenjiangtang granule,and resistant to moisture of the granules and formulation process was optimized.(3)The part of medicine were identified respectively by TLC.The content of Loganin was determined by HPLC.Results:Determined the best conditions included alcohol extract,water extract and the process of concentration and desiccation.The best excipients and its formula were 2.8 extract and 2.2 excipients,and the granule was better made by 5%PVPk30.The method of quality control is simple, accurate,and reproducible.Conclusions:The preparation process is stable and feasible,and the quality standards specific and reproducible.It can make the best use of the clinical results.
