The Clinical Study Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Sjogren's Syndrome

Objective:Analyse the Sjogren's syndrome's traditional chinese medicine(TCM) Syndrome distribution,evaluate the degree of severity of all patients with evidence-based,provide a basis for the Sjogren's syndrome's TCM Syndrome research and treatment study on the Standardization Research.Methods:According to the syndrome differentiation of standards of Chinese medicine, Divided 100 cases met the diagnostic criteria for Sjogren's syndrome cases into:Yin Xu Nei Zao, Jin Kui Xue Xu,Yin Xu Luo Zhi,Qi Yin Liang Xu,Yin XU Shi Re.Statistics separately the cases,the course of disease,clinical manifestations,such as tongue,pulse,TCM Syndrome points,laboratory indicators(including quantitative of serum ANA,immunoglobulin,blood, erythrocyte sedimentation rate,rheumatoid factor) and other related data of the all syndromes. Analyse the TCM syndromes characteristics of Sjogren's syndrom and the law of distribution objectivly,and evaluate the degree of severity.Results:1 Yin Xu Luo Zhi:accounted for 49 percent of all cases,many in the middle and late course of Sjogren's syndrom,condition evaluation heavier than the other four syndrome.2.Jin Kui Xue Xu:accounted for 21 percent of all cases,incidence of early,middle and late can be seen,condition evaluation relatively heavy,but lower than the Yin Xu Luo Zhi.3.Qi Yin Liang Xu:accounted for 14 percent of all cases,many in middle and late course, the condition evaluation is also heavier,but lower than the Yin Xu Luo Zhi.4.Yin Xu Shi Re:accounted for 11 percent of all cases,many in middle and late course, condition evaluation less than the above mentioned three syndrome.5.Yin Xu Nei Zao:accounted for 5 percent of all cases,found in the early course,condition evaluation is the lightest one.Conclusion:The TCM syndromes characteristics of Sjogren's syndrom is that Yin XU is Ben,Zao Re is biao,also have Xue Xu,Qi Xu,Luo Zhi,Shi Re,deficiency and sxcess syndrom inclusions.In the clinical syndrome,the Yin Xu Luo Zhi,Jin Kui Xue Xu are most commom(both total 70%),the condition evaluation of Yin Xu Luo Zhi is relatively heavy,Jin Kui Xue Xu,Qi Yin liang xu,Yin Xu Shi Re are second,Yin Xu Nei Zao is lest serious. According to the TCM Syndrome characteristics and distribution of Sjogren's syndrom,we considered that we could flexible dialectic in clinic,evidence-based simplification in order to debate governance standards and promote treatment programs.
