Objective:this article selects 57 patients who suffer from Sjogren's Syndrome for clinical observation, summarizing its clinical material, Basing on the previous literature information mining arrange. This paper discusses the characteristics and relevancy of distribution of syndromes with age, duration, common symptom, tongue veins and main laboratory indicators, so as to make value basis for the future research work, give the more effective clinical guidance.Methods:collecting clinical material of 57 hospitalized patients with primary Sjogren's Syndrome diagnosis in li rheumatism lead XiYuan hospital belonging to Chinese Medicine Academy of Sciences from October 2007 to January 2011. Recording patients basic infonnation such as age, duration, common symptom, tongue veins and main laboratory index, etc. To make its syndrome type judgment, which including three groups:hepatic and renal yin deficiency, deficiency of both vital energy and yin, yin deficiency and blood stasis. Statistical processing on software SPSS, measurement material meeting normal distribution variance analysis when those do not accord with normal distribution measurement data use Rank sum test., and counting material with a chi-square test.Results In collection of 57 patients, male patients in 1, the rest are female.Minimum age is 24 years old, maximum 78 years and average 57.86±12.41.the main characteristics of distribution of syndromes is:The 13 cases of hepatic and renal yin deficiency performance for the 22.81% when deficiency of both vital energy and yin group 20 cases in 35.09% and yin deficiency and blood stasis group the 42.10% 24 cases.These main syndromes display no significant differences in age and duration of comparative (P>0.05)Symptom:The common symptoms in patients with dry mouth, dry-ness and foreign-body sensation in eyes, dizziness, arthralgia, fatigue, tinnitus, dry skin, hot sensation in five heart.lt display significant differences in fatigue, tinnitus and dizziness (P<0.05)Tongue manifestation:Patients with dark red tongue, thin whitish costing, dry and uncoated tongue for many.Pulse pattern:the type hepatic and renal yin deficiency give priority to deep-thready pulse, vital energy and yin group with thready-rapid pulse, and feeble-uneven pulse in yin deficiency and blood stasis group.There are no significant differences in HB, PLT, HCT and ESR (P>0.05), also not do in IgG, IgM and lgA.Conclusion:Firstly, the most common symptoms of patients with PSS are dry mouth, dry-ness and foreign-body sensation in eyes, dizziness, arthralgia, fatigue, tinnitus, dry skin, hot sensation in five heart. Patients with dark red tongue, thin whitish costing, dry and uncoated tongue for many.Thready pulse is the most common pulse.secondly, the main pathological mechanism is yin fluid deficiency, clipping with qi deficiency and blood stasis.The main characteristics of distribution of syndromes is deficiency complicated with excess.
