Ningxintong Granula Treats Unstable Angina Pectoris (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis) And Effects Serological Indicators Of The Vulnerable Plaque

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ningxintong granula treating unstable angina pectoris (Qi deficiency and blood stasis) patients and intervention function to vulnerable plaque.Methods: In the study ,chooses 43 cases unstable angina pectoris (Qi deficiency and blood stasis) patients, randomly divides into the treatment group 22 cases and the control group 21 cases. Two groups were treated with the western medicine convention strengthening treatment, teatment group were simultaneously treated with Ningxintong granula. After all around, we investigrated the effect of angina syndrom and electrocardiogram and changement of sCD40L, IL-6, MMP-9, TIMP-1, oxLDL, oxLAb, sVCAM-1.Results: Chest rheumatism symptom of treatment group was improved distinctly. Total effectiveness of treatment group's angina syndrom is 95.5%, the control group is 66.7%, two groups have statistics difference (P<0.05). Total effectiveness of treatment group's electrocardiogram is 86.3%,it has statistics difference compared with the control group (P<0.05). Ningxintong granula can reduce the level of sCD40L, IL-6, MMP-9, TIMP-1, oxLDL, oxLAb, sVCAM-1, the curative effect surpasses the control group.Conclusion: Ningxintong granula associated with the western medicine convention treatment can alleviate chest rheumatism symptom, improve angina syndrom, reduce the cardiac muscle to lack the blood. Ningxintong granula can reduce the expressment of sCD40L, IL-6, MMP-9, TIMP-1, oxLDL, oxLAb, sVCAM-1. It maybe effectively intervent vulnerable plaque, enhance the stability of vulnerable plaque and prevent the cardiovascular event occurrence through suppresses the inflammation response, the oxidation resistance, the anti-blood platelet accumulation, protection endothelial cell function and so on.
