Objective:By observing the clinical effect of XinTongTai granula treating unstable angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis patientstion to find the possible mechanism to vulnerable plaque。Methods:In the study, chooses60cases unstable angina pectoris(qi stagnation and blood stasis)patients, randomly divides into the treatment group30cases and the control group30cases。Two groups were treated with the western medicine convention strengthening treatment, teatment group were simultaneously treated with XinTongTai granula。After all around, we investigrated the effect of angina syndrom and electrocardiogram and changement of MMP-9、hs-CRP。Results:Chest rheumatism symptom of treatment group was improved distinctly((P<0.05),and the total rate was90%,but the control group was83.4%。Total effectiveness of treatment group’s angina syndrom is 93.3%, the control group is66.7%, twogroups have statistics difference(P<0.05)。Total effectiveness of treatment group’s selectrocardiogram is83.3%, it has statistics difference compared with the control group which the selectrocardiogram is63.3%(P<0.05)。 XinTongtai granula can reduce the level of MMP-9、hs-CRP, the curative effect surpasses the control group。Conclusion:XinTongTai granula combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve patients with unstable angina (qi stagnation and blood stasis), reduce the symptoms of myocardial ischemia, improve the quality of life. The same time, XinTongTai granula can reduce the expressment of MMP-9、hs-CRP, and its mechanism may be through anticoagulant, blood fat, scavenging free oxygen radicals and inhibiting the inflammatory response and other ways, so as to achieve enhanced plaque stability, prevent the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
