IntroductionCerebrovascular diseases is three important cause of death having composed human being with the heart disease,cancer refer to brain dysfunction that blood vessel of brain lesion arouses.Analytical epidemiology investigation and study indicates dangerous factor of stroke contains controlled factors and uncontrolled factors.The controlled dangerous factor is the main target of primary prevention of stroke,include high blood pressure and heart disease,diabetes,blood grease anomaly,TIA,smoking, fat,arteria carotis narrow without symptom,the mood responds to exciting,etal.Be not allowed to interfere with dangerous factor including age,sex,race and genetic factor and so on.In addition to above-mentioned danger factors,research the past few years has discovered that serum C-reactive protein,bilirubin abnormal and anticardiolipin antibody have arrived at the certain effect in cerebrovascular diseases morbidity,which provid the possibility of new approach for the cerebrovascular diseases prevention and cure.Traditional concepts always thinks that bilirubin is one kind of harmful supersession of human body inner outcome.Think that the bilirubin only having high concentration has clinical value in general,low thickness bilirubin not being taken seriously or thinks that there being no physiology,pathological mechanism significance.To follow research about the enzyme/ carbon monoxide- bilirubin system in recent years,people find that the traditional concepts to bilirubin is incomplete.Bilirubin is not only body inner supersession outcome.In fact bilirubin is one strong natural physiology antioxidant,have antioxidation,resist lipid peroxidation, protects cell from effects such as hurting and strengthening the oxidation resistance that Vitamin C and Vitamin E.Whose antioxidation activity has the important effect in the field of the danger guarding against an atherosclerosis,reducing cardio- cerebral vascular diseases happening.C-reactive protein is one kind protein of acute and chronic inflammation of reaction,which has close relationship with the atherosclerosis occurrence and thrombopoiesis.When C-reactive protein in the atherosclerotic plaque is activated or risen,it can be able to activate a complement.The complement activating can attack the atherosclerotic plaque,which arouse the increasing instability of atherosclerotic plaque.The increasing instability of atherosclerotic plaque may lead to atherosclerotic plaque is broken and thrombopoiesis.There by,the formation starting a thrombus has the effect boosting the brain infarction happening.Besides,blood of CRP can decrease the anticoagulation factor.It promotes thrombopoiesis and urges brain infarction occurrence.Anticardiolipin antibody is one kind of autoantibody,it easily arouse hypercoagulabale state and a lot of clinical manifestation.Clinical verification has shown that anticardiolipin antibody is connected with thrombogenesis, habitual abortion,cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease etc.Therefore,we will discuss the difference of blood plasma bilirubin and C-reactive protein and anticardiolipin antibody between normal control subjects and cerebral infarction patients,which providing the possibility of new approach for preventing and curing cerebral infarction.Materials and Methods1.Study objectThis study comprises 100 cerebral infarction patients and 30 controls.Age 40 -85-year-old.All patients and control subjects were recruited from the neurology department of the Fu Xin Centrl Hospital,from January 2009 to June 2009.Be chosen as a standard:(1) all case confirms without exception after head computed tomography scan and accords with brain infarction brought forward by Chinese Medical Association in 1995 fourth blood vessel of brain disease convention diagnosing a standard.(2) first time.(3)the focal neural function defect exists the morbidity time 6~48 hours.(4) except diabetes mellitus,liver disease,gallbladder, kidney disease,heart disease,hematologic disease and endocrine disease.2.The specimen is collected:Blood was drawn from an arm vein into a sterile tube.Plasma samples were bilirubin(TBIL) and indirect bilirubin(IBIL) were significantly decreased in ACI patients compared with normal control subjects(P<0.01,P<0.01,respectively).but level of direct bilirubin(DBIL) is no significant differences between CI patients and normal control subjects(NCs).2.The CRP level were significantly increased in ACI patients compared with normal control subjects(P<0.01).3.The impatient
