ObjectiveObserve the difference of sclerotomy sites healing between vitrectomy and vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification and analyze whether the vitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification can reduce the vitreous incarceration.Methods30 cases of simple vitrectomy patients and 20 cases of that combined with phacoemulsification in patients with postoperative UBM examination Sclerotomy Sites healing, statistical analysis of test results between the two groups whether the scleral incision significant difference.ResultsIn vitrectomy group, grade 0, grade 1 wound healing in 17 cases, grade 2, grade 3 wound healing in 13 cases; joint operation group, 0, 1 wound healing in 17 cases, two healing in 3 cases, 3 healing 0 cases, simple vitrectomy group vitreous incarceration took place after scleral incision and generate significantly higher than the proliferation of cases of traction combined surgery group, statistically significant differences (p< 0.05) . Even if the intraoperative examination under a microscope, the sclera is not visible puncture in the sites incarcerated vitreous organization, after the formation of vitreous in the puncture still incarcerated.ConclusionsVitrectomy combined with phacoemulsification surgery can reduce the extent of postoperative vitreous incarceration.
