The Curative Effect Of Tiotropium Bromide Inhalation Combined With Formoterol Inhalation On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of Tiotropium Bromide Inhalation combined with Formoterol inhalation on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method46 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups,and treated by Tiotropium bromide+Formoterol and Formoterol for 4 weeks,and point clinical symptom and lung function were also observed.ResultThere is a significant difference between treating group and control group in clinical symptom and FEV1 changes(P＜0.05).The incidence of side effects in two groups was similar.ConclusionThere is better effective in united use of tiotropium bromide inhalation and formoterol inhalation than the single use of tiotropium for the treatment in COPD.
