Conceive is a very and complicated physiology process , the obstacles of any step can cause the infertile's occurrence, the factor belong to female is about 60% in all this population. The fallopian tube factor is the most familiar factor.Nasty and chronic fallopian tube inflammation is the reason of the fallopian tube impassability or the function obstacle. The serious inflammation can cource the complete impassability of fallopian tube. Three of them are consider to be the Pathogenic mycoplasma to mankind, the source of most part of uropoiesis genital tract inflammation,perinatal infection and sterility is ureaplasma urealyticum(UU). The general viewpoint is that UU is one of the pathogen of STD. Nreaplasma urealytiam(UU) mycoplasma hominis(MH) mycoplasma genitalium(MG) chlamydia trachomatis(CT) are micro-organism which parasitic in uropoiesis genital tract. The major mechanism to cause infertility by UU is :(1)endometrial chronic inflammation ,(2)decompose mucous membrane so the release of prostaglandin upgrade, the result of this change include uterine contraction and merogenesis of zygote, and ending by infertility. Allergies and autoimmunity caused by inflammation may also cause the happening of infertility. The infection of UU and CT in Genitourinary tract not only the major reason of nongonococcal urethritis(>90%),but also the maximal disease rate which beyond gonorrhea. In American and some other western countries, the examination of UU has consider to be the necessarily item in the treatment of infertility and sterile which unknown aetiology.But now, these are still some dispute about that UU is one kind of Pathogenic mycoplasma or not when it was find in female genital tract. Because UU can be found in most normal female people's genital tract. The result of epidemiological investigation also show that these are about 80% gravid take along with UU and the rate of vertical transmission between mother and baby is 50%. Although majority scholars consider that UU is one kind of pathogen but minority still suspect this viewpoint ,because not all the woman who take along with UU must be the one who suffered infertility, and UU can be found in most normal people.Equilibrium of microbial population means that the exist of resident micro population has been composed to be one important guarantee to maintain the normal operation of host's life after long-term evolutionary. The normal flora in Pelvic has a certain influence in host's humoral immunity and cell immunity, especially in the reproductive process. Micro- ecological disturbance means the balance between micro population or the balance of micro population and the host was broken by some kind of factors, and course the combination of microbial population has also been changed into pathological status.
