| The adolescents are in the youthful period of rapid development, significant changes in physiology and the rapid development of psychology, heavy tension studies, giving them enormous pressure. However, pressure, stress and anxiety are the breeding grounds of psychological problems. Obsessive- compulsive disorder (OCD) that affects the mental health of adolescents is one of the frequently asked questions.We explored the causes of OCD from a cognitive, emotional and behavioral point of view of adolescent. Explore the use of Conditioned Emotional Intervention Technique (CEIT) standard treatment of OCD. The visitors who came to Liaoning Normal University for help, OCD as chief complaint, using observation, interview, measurement method, expert consultation and so on, identified and diagnosed adolescents who had suffered from OCD (n=6), applying CEIT in treating them, intervention in each case 12 times, once a day for each 90-minute test. A Single Case Multiple Baseline Design was employed to analyse the treatment effects.The results of intervention showed: After a week, the compulsive behaviors diappeared, scale reduction rate of Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (YBOCS) is higher than 69.2 percent, the average reduction rate was 78.8 percent, average dropped to 5.7 from 26.5. In the one-year follow-up study of OCD did not recur, keeping good effects.The CEIT in treating OCD has the advantage of short course, it takes less than a week to cut off or eliminate the negative conditioned emotional reactions, and construct positive conditioned emotional responses, to the basic purpose of elimination of the symptoms of OCD. Infer the initial course of the treatment for applying the CEIT in the treatment of OCD is the intensive treatment of 12 days, once a day, each 90 minutes. |
