Cases The Treatment Of Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Research

Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) is an emotional disorder difficult to treat,and is known to be the fourth most common psychiatric disorder,which causes a great deal of impairment to the life of the patients in academic,occupational,and social functioning.The exposure and ritual prevetion is an effective psychological treatment for obsession-compulsive disorder(OCD).It exposes the patients to the anxiety-provoking situation without any ritualization or compulsion,and modify their distorted beliefs,so as to remove the symptoms of OCD.In this research we apply exposure and ritual prevetion to treat 6 patients,and use case study to rsearch the effectiveness of exposure and ritual prevetion.At the same time, The scales of Sympton Checklist(SCL-90) and Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(Y-BOCS) are used to mearsue the changes of the patients after therapy.And the results are as follows:1,Exposure and ritual prevetion is an effective psychological treatment for Chinese patients of obsession-compulsive disorder(OCD).It improves the symptom of patients;2,The plan of treatment is effective and operational.All the patients who have finished the treatment are improved,and the related psychologcal problems are resolved too;3,The patients reported the improvement of the symptom.
