Observation On Curative Effect Of Teprenone And Marzulene-S In Helicobacter Pylori-positive Gastric Ulcer

Background:Peptic ulcer is a clinical common diseases.In recent years, with the antacid agent and the extensive application of Hp eradication therapy, the healing rate of Peptic ulcer significantly increased, but the relapse rate is still high. Tarnawski etc think it is because of the poor quality of ulcer healing. Some studies have shown that improving the quality of ulcer healing can significantly reduce the ulcer recurrence rate. Recently, a large number of studies have shown that gastric mucosal protective agents can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing. Thus, In the treatment of peptic ulcer, people are paying more and more attention on the application of gastric mucosal protective agent.Objective:Teprenone and marzulene-S was used to treat Helicobacter pylori-positive gastric ulcer respectively,which combined with pantoprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin.By observing the clinical remission rate, ulcer healing rate, the stage S2 achievement rate, Hp eradication rate of patients in each group to evaluate the efficacy of the two drugs.Methods:100 patients with gastric ulcer diagnosed by endoscopy and pathological,and the same time 14C-urease breath test was positive were randomly divided into three groups: Teprenone group (n=34) (pantoprazole 40mg, bid, po; amoxicillin 1.0 g, bid, po; clarithromycin 0.5g, bid, po; Teprenone 50mg, tid, po; treatment for lwk. Followed Teprenone 50mg, tid, po; pantoprazole 40mg, qd, po; treatment for 7wk). Marzulene-S group (n=33) (pantoprazole 40mg, bid, po; amoxicillin:1.0g, bid, po; clarithromycin 0.5g, bid, po; marzulene-S 0.67g, tid, po; treatment for 1 week.Followed marzulene-S 0.67g, tid, po; pantoprazole 40mg, qd, po; treatment for 7 weeks). The control group (n=33) (pantoprazole 40mg, bid, po; amoxicillin 1.0g, bid, po; clarithromycin 0.5g, bid, po; treatment for 1wk. Followed pantoprazole 40mg, qd, po; treatment for 7wk).Observed the three groups of clinical remission rate, ulcer healing rate, the stage S2 achievement rate and the eradication rate of Hp.Results:1, the eradication rate of Hp, the ulcer healing rate, the stage S2 achievement rate and the remission rates of abdominal pain, heartburn, acid reflux, abdominal distension after one week treatment were 94.1%,100%,97.1%,87.9%,78.5%,78.9%,72% in the Teprenone group respectively,which were higher than 87.9%,84.8%,66.7%,51.6%,62.1%,60.9%, 69.6% in the control group.The stage S2 achievement rate and the remission rates of abdominal pain after one week treatment of Teprenone Group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the rest item of Teprenone group was no significant difference with that of the control group (P> 0.05).2, The eradication rate of Hp, the ulcer healing rate, the stage S2 achievement rate and the remission rates of abdominal pain, heartburn, acid reflux, abdominal distension after one week treatment were 90.9%,93.9%,90.9%,90.0%,78.3%,76.1%,77.8% in the Marzulene-S group respectively,which were also higher than that in the control group. The stage S2 achievement rate and the remission rates of abdominal pain after one week treatment of the Marzulene-S group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the rest item of the Marzulene-S group was no significant difference with that of the control group (P>0.05).3,the eradication rate of Hp, the ulcer healing rate, the stage S2 achievement rate and the remission rates of abdominal pain, heartburn, acid reflux, abdominal distension after one week treatment of the Teprenone group was no significant difference with that of the control group (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1,Teprenoned and marzulene-S combined with the Hp eradication triple therapy can rapidly relieve the abdominal pain of patients.2, Marzulene-S and Teprenone both can improve the quality of ulcer healing.3,The eighth week ulcer healing rate and Hp eradication rate of the treatment of Teprenone and marzulene-S combined with Hp triple eradication therapy respectively was not significent improved compared with the Hp eradication triple therapy alone.4, In the relief of the bloating, heartburn and acid reflux, Teprenone and marzulene-S combined with Hp triple eradication therapy respectively did not show more better results compared with Hp eradication triple therapy alone.
