This Is an evaluation of dabigatran etexilate,an oral direct thrombin inhibitor,in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF).Methods34 patients received two doses of 150-mg or 110-mg dabigatran etexilate respectively twice daily.The median duration of the follow-up period was 2.0 years.The safety end-points were hemorrhage,Serious liver toxicity, creatinine clearance rate' significantly degrade.ResultTwo dabigatran recipients occurred stroke and two died.and there were three cases of small bleeding.this study observe the effects on blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipids, blood uric acid, renal and liver function of dabigatran etexilate. The results showed that the BUN, TBIL change before and after treatment.The two indicators had an increase within the normal range.serious liver toxicity was not seen.ConclusionsDabigatran etexilate had no significant effect on the liver, its safety and reliable.
