ObjectiveThis study observed the treatment group and control group differences in adverse reactions. About Dong Di San Huang Tang to improve the digestion of fluconazole caused, neurological, urinary, skin and mucous membrane side effects such as systems to study the adverse effects of Chinese medicine to reduce the characteristics of fluconazole, for clinical application of Chinese medicine to provide basis for evidence-based medicine.MethodsFrom May 2009 to March 2010 period, the Guangzhou Respiratory Disease Hospital, Chinese Medicine Hospital patients, collect consistent diagnostic criteria of invasive pulmonary fungal infection and in accordance with the standard Chinese Hyperactivity of Long Fire Syndrome 64 cases. Randomly divided into two groups, treatment groups:routine application of antifungal drug fluconazole, intravenous fluconazole 400mg/d at the same time, taking the winter in San Huang Tang decoction on one, sooner or later absorbed twice each 100ml serving, two weeks for the a course of treatment. Control group: a simple application of fluconazole, intravenous infusion of 400mg/d. Treatment with the treatment group. In the above treatment the same time, conventional application of oxygen, cough and asthma, spasmolytic expectorant, maintaining water, salt, electrolyte balance, and general symptomatic and supportive treatment. Recorded before and after treatment were observed liver and kidney function, gastrointestinal symptom score, heart enzymes, nervous system score, skin mucosal injury score, blood and coagulation indices, statistical analysis the difference between the two groups. ResultsStatistical analysis, the groups treated with the same gastrointestinal response groups before treatment, and control group, and alanyl aspartate aminotransferase before and after therapy, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Show that the two groups of patients after intravenous infusion of fluconazole increased gastrointestinal symptoms, and associated with mild transaminase elevation, consistent with similar clinical findings. After treatment, the heart enzyme index is insignificant, no statistical significance. Consider no obvious adverse reactions fluconazole taking three yellow soup in winter to improve myocardial injury may affect not significant.Skin allergic reactions, the data from this study to see the fluconazole groups were not significant allergic reactions to the three yellow soup in winter to reduce adverse effects of fluconazole can not be seen. Into the group to consider the number of cases may be too few, fluconazole application time is shorter the appropriate sample size and fluconazole increase the application time or get positive cases.In the blood system, blood indicators before and after treatment between the two groups had no statistically significant difference after treatment, no two sets of data are statistically significant. Show that the two groups are not yet clear fluconazole adverse reactions to 3 Treated with winter on the blood and the blood coagulation is not.ConclusionView search results of this study can be found in winter in three yellow soup in this study are due to ease of fluconazole side effects of gastrointestinal and nervous system effect.
