ObjectiveThis research is to investigate the effect of the method of xuan fei hua tan tong luo on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease affect the efficacy of the stabilization period, And the introduction of the BODE scoring system for evaluation of efficacy,Check the Molecular biology of soluble tumor necrosis factor(sTNF)ind ucible nitric oxide synthase(iNOs), provide effective basis of TCM therap y for COPD of the stabilization period, in order to explore the influenc e and action mechanism for COPD of the stabilization period.Methods1. To conform to the standards in 80 patients using simple random method, were randomly divided into A and B,40 cases in each group.Group A(based on western medicine treatment group):using the standar by Chinese Medical Association "chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treatment guidelines in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of conventional treatments, Aminophylline Sustained-release Tablets 0.1 g, q12h; Carbocisteine Tablets 0.5 g, three times per day. If necessary, inhaled bronchodilators-Salbutamol aerosol usage:1-2 times, spray/1-2 times per day (or compound isopropyl amine aerosol usage:torre bromine 2 lift/times, 1-2 times per day).Group B (added TCM):the intervention group foundation treatment+ (medicine) mission lung expectorant tong luo herbal medicinal (every time once daily),Herbal prescription and dosage:Zhi ma huang 5g ku xing ren lOg quan gua lou lOg fa ban xia lOgfu ling 10g chen pi 6g bu gu zhi 10g lu jiao jiao 15gdan shenl5g hu zhang lOgThe herbal are made according to the foreign party by guangdong (granules pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Offers).In the first week, the first four weeks, the eight weeks,12 weeks for clinical symptoms, signs, such records, and routine blood and urine tests, liver, kidney,6 minutes walking distance to breathing difficulties, and record BODE index and syndromes. At first week, and 12 weeks checking tumor necrosis factor (sTNF), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOs). 2. All the data were analyzed by statistical soft spss 11.5.Results1. After statistical analysis, two groups of patients with general information including gender, age, age composition, pre-treatment BODE index, points of TCM symptoms was no significant difference, comparable.2. Both groups were improved after treatment, In accordance with the BODE index, Group A was not significant before and after treatment (P>0.05)。Group B was statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05); symptom score calculated in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine, the two groups were statistically significant after treatment, (P<0.05) Group B is better than treatment Group A, the difference was statistically significant. (P< 0.05)3. The Result of soluble tumor necrosis factor and inducible nitric oxide synthase:Group A was not significant before and after treatment (P>0.05)。Group B was statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05);Conclusion1. Both method of xuan fei hua tan tong luo combined western medicine therapy and foundation treatment based on western medicine therapy were improved the symptom of COPD stabilization period patients.2. Method of xuan fei hua tan tong luo combined western medicine therapy can improve the patiens'clinical symptoms and extrapulmonary effect, so the method was better than the foundation treatment based on western, and it can improve the quality of life and labor ability. 3. Method of xuan fei hua tan tong luo combined western medicine therapy can elevated blood sTNF level and lower iNOs level, reduce the acute onset, improve the quality of life of the patients.
