Research On The Effect Of The XinMa Particles On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) Affect The Efficacy Of The Stable Stage

ObjectiveThis research is to investigate the effect of the Xin Ma particles on the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease affect the efficacy of the stabilization period,And the introduction of the BODE scoring system for evaluation of efficacy,with a view of Chinese medicine for the treatment of stable COPD to provide an effective basis.Methods1.Would be consistent with the standard of 60 cases of patients with a simple random method,were randomly divided into A group and B group,30 cases of each group.A group basis for Western medicine in treatment group,B group on the basis of additional treatment with Chinese medicine,treatment for 12 weeks.In the first treatment 0 weeks and 12 weeks of application BODE scoring system to assess the patient,records of patients with symptom score and to determine efficacy.Randomly throughout the study,single-blind,prospective clinical trials.2.All the data were analyzed by statistical soft spss 11.5.Results1.After statistical analysis,two groups of patients with general information including gender,age,age composition,pre-treatment BODE index, points of TCM symptoms was no significant difference,comparable.2.The two groups there was some improvement in symptoms after treatment, In accordance with the BODE index,A group was not significant before and after treatment(P＞0.05)。B Group was statistically significant after treatment (P＜0.05);symptom score calculated in accordance with traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups were statistically significant after treatment,(P＜0.05) B is better than treatment A group,the difference was statistically significant.(P＜0.05)Conclusion1.Xin Ma particles based on a joint Western medicine and Western medicine treatment of therapy on patients with both the role of symptom improvement2.Xin Ma particles based on a joint Western medicine therapy on the degree of symptom improvement in patients with the application of Western medicine is better than therapy,so the former was more helpful for symptom improving and quality of life improving.
