Objective:This study is done to observe the relationship between lab-measuring indexes (ALT, AST, GGT, TB, DB, IB, ALB, TBA, PT, APTT, FIB, CREA, BUN, Na+, K+, Cl-) of patients with hepatitis cirrhosis ascites and TCM syndrome. Methods:From the history materials consulting in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM from January 2003 to December 2009, according to the standard for seletion of the case, are divied into 4 groups, after recording above metioned inedexes of each case. we use SPSS13 to deal with statistics, then observe the Relationship of the change of lay-measuring indexes of TCM syndromes. Results:Cases of 101 patients were collected, dampness and water accumulated inside have 33 cases, damp heat retention have 48 cases, liver-kidney yin deficiency have 18 cases, spleen and kidney yang deficiency have 2 cases. Because the cases of spleen and kidney yang deficiency are too little, we observe the relationship between lab-measuring indexes of the other three syndromes. The lab-measuring (ALT) show that damp heat retention is highest, dampness and water accumulated inside take second place, liver-kidney yin deficiency take third place, ALT is significant between liver-kidney yin deficiency and the other TCM syndromes (P<0.05).The lab-measuring (TB, DB) show that liver-kidney yin deficiency is highest, damp heat retention takes second place, dampness and water accumulated inside takes third place, Tb and DB are significant between dampness and water accumulated inside and the other liver-kidney yin deficiency (P<0.05).The lab-measuring (TBA) show that liver-kidney yin deficiency is highest, damp heat retention takes second place, dampness and water accumulated inside takes third place, TBA is significant between liver-kidney yin deficiency and the other TCM syndromes (P<0.05).The lab-measuring(PT) shows that liver-kidney yin deficiency is highest, damp heat retention take second place, dampness and water accumulated inside take third place, each kind is significant than others (P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of four lab-measuring(TB, DB, TBA, PT) rising which are significant between liver-kidney yin deficiency and the other TCM syndromes (P<0.05), show that posibility of the liver cell damage raise with the changing of TCM syndromes. The value of PT is diversity among three kinds of TCM syndromes (P<0.05). It shows that there is some depedence between PT of patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with ascites and TCM syndromes. And it offers reference to probe some objective quantiat indexes with TCM syndromes for the future research.
