The Clinical Effects Of JianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction For Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

ObjectiveBased on the study of the tutor, using the JianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction to treat patients of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, through observing the changes of the patients'liver ultrasound,liver function blood fat and traditional chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome before and after the treatment. to further define the clinical effects of JianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction.MethodsThis subject, mainly according to the diagnostic criteria of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the guidelines of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease made by Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Disease Study Group of the Chinese Liver Disease Association in 2006, establish inclusive criteria and exclusion criteria.60 cases consistent with diagnostic code of non-alcoholic fatty liver were chosen and divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in the treatment group were treated by JianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction, and 30 cases in the control group were treated by Kezhi capsule. One treatment course was 3 monthes, Observation of clinical symptoms, liver ultrasound, liver function and blood lipid changes were recored before and after treatment, in order to evaluate theraputic effect of JianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction.Results(1)There were some differences between the two groups of patients and also before and after the cure, As compared with control group, treatment group had more obvious improvements after treatment, there were significant differences(P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment group was 90.00%, while control group was76.67%, there was significant difference (P<0.05).(2)There was no obvious difference of liver function between control group and treatment group before the cure (P>0.05), Significant improement of liver function was found in two groups after the cure (P<0.05)(3)There was no obvious difference of blood fat between control group and treatment group before the cure (P>0.05), Significant improement of blood fat was found in two groups after the cure (P<0.05). And the effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).(4)There was no obvious difference of B ultrasound between control group and treatment group before the cure(P>0.05), Significant improement of B ultrasound was found in two groups after the cure (P<0.05).And the effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)There was no obvious difference of TCM syndrome between control group and treatment group before the cure(P<0.05), Significant improement of TCM syndrome was found in two groups after the cure (f<0.05).And the effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionsJianPi HuaTan QuZhi Decoction can alleviate inflammation of the liver, improve the changes of hepatic function and morphology, accommodate blood fat and prevent further progress of illness, Used in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has good curative effect.
