Clinical Observation On Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated By Yishen Jianpi Huayu Jiangzhuo Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Jianpi Huayu Jiangzhuo on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in postmenopausal women and its effects on liver function,blood lipids,liver ultrasound,and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of this method for the treatment of this disease,and to provide clinical Better treatment options.METHODS:From the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,47 menopausal women with NAFLD who met the diagnostic criteria were collected and given Yishen Jianpi Huayu Jiangzhuo Fang(Cassia,Alisma,Bupleurum,Astragalus,turmeric,Hawthorn,tangerine peel,Pinellia,Atractylodes,Poria,Zhigancao,Ginseng,Ligustrum lucidum,Chinese yam,Rhizoma Polygonati,Herba Epimedii,1 dose per day,300ml of decoction,150ml each morning and evening,(Pharmaceutical origin In the decoction room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,4 weeks was a course of treatment.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms,liver function,blood lipids,and liver ultrasound before and after treatment,record the data,and statistical analysis.Results:1.Efficacy of TCM symptom scores:After treatment,the total TCM symptom scores of patients decreased significantly,with significant differences(P<0.01).2.The total efficacy of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 95.4%,of which 11 cases were effective,accounting for 25.6%;30 cases were effective,accounting for 69.8%;2 cases were ineffective.3.Liver ultrasound:The total effective rate was 88.3%,of which 32 cases were effective,accounting for 74.4%;6 cases were effective,accounting for 13.9%;5 cases were ineffective.4.Efficacy of liver function indicators:After treatment,the ALT,AST,and GGT values decreased,with significant differences(P<0.05).5.Efficacy of serum lipids:After treatment,TG and TC were reduced,with significant differences(P<0.05).In conclusion:1.Yishen Jianpi Huatan Jiangzhuo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in postmenopausal women.2.Yishen Jianpi Huayu Jiangzhuo can significantly reduce the index of liver function,blood lipids,and improve the degree of liver ultrasound fatty liver.3.The clinical curative effect of replenishing kidney,invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm,and reducing turbidity is an effective method for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
