Related Study Between The Estrogen And Progesterone Levels And Their Receptors Expression And The Early Abortion

Objective:Discuss the relationship between the early spontaneous abortion and the serum estro gen and progesterone levels and the deciduas estrogen and progesterone receptor expressi on by measuring the levels of estrogen and progestogen in women's serum and their receptors expression in endometrium,from the early normal pregnant women, the women of early threatened abortion and early inevitable abortion,Methods:Using magnetic-free analysis analysis the levels of estrogen and progesterone in Serum from20 cases of early normal pregnant women,20 cases of early threatened abortion womenand20 cases of inevitable abortion women;Immunohistochemical deter mination analyse the receptors expression of the estrogen and progesterone indecidua in each group. The comparison of each group adopt the analysis of varianceResults:(1)Compared the normal pregnancy group and the threatened abortion with the inevitable abortion groups respectively,the levelsofestradiol and progesterone of the normal pregnancy group and the threatened abortion group were significantly higher than the inevitable abortion group (P <0.01),the difference was statistically significant;(2)Compared the normal pregnancy group with the threatened abortion group,the est radiol level ofthenormal pregnancy group washigher than the threatened abortion gro up (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant; Compared thenormal pregna ncy group with the threatened abortion group,the difference of the progesterone level was not statistical significance(P> 0.05);(3)Compared the normal pregnancy group and the threatened abortion with the inevitable abortion groups respectively,the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors of the normal pregnancy group and the threatened abortion group were higher than the inevitable abortion group (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant; (4)Compared thenormal pregnancy group with the threatened abortion group, difference of the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptorsdifference was not statistically significant.(P>0.05)。Conclusion:(1)Early spontaneous abortion has a direct relationship of the serum estrogen and progesterone levels and their corresponding receptors expression(2)The maintenance of pregnancy depends on sufficient quantities of serum estrogen and progesterone and their normal receptors.
