A Clinical Analysis In Myasthenia Gravis With Different Pathological Changes Of Thymus

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristic of myasthenia gravis with different pathological changes of thymusMethods To review the clinical characteristic and pathology of tymus in 60 cases of myasthenia gravisResults Among the 60 cases of thymusectomy, 30cases had thymic hyperplasia, there were 27 cases thymoma,2 cases of cyst of thymus glandand1 cases of normal thymus.Comparing with the NTMG group ,the MGT group occured late and seriously to influence male mostly.It has a high incidence rate of myasthenic crisis in the MGT group.There was some associativity among pathologic categories,Masaoka clinical staging ,Osserman clinical typeand incidence rate of myasthenic crisis .Conclusion There was some associativity among pathologic categories,age of onset and sex.Some consistence could be found in pathologic categories,Masaoka clinical staging ,Osserman clinical type.incidence rate of myasthenic crisis .For the patients of myasthenia gravis,aggregating analysis of the clinical documents, myasthenia gravis possibly been effectively prevented and cured.
