Abstract Objective To investigate the correlation between Coronary in-stent restenosis and the levels of IL-6, IL-8 before and after and after six months coronary stent implanting .After six months, IL-6, IL-8 levels of the ability to predict in-stent restenosis. Methods Selected 100 routine coronary stent implantation in patients, all patients six months follow-up coronary angiography, using double-antibody sandwich ABC-ELISA assay before surgery, 24 hours and after six months, IL-6, IL-8 levels. Results In-stent restenosis group and non-stent restenosis group 24 hours after IL-6, IL-8 levels higher than that preoperatively between the two groups before and 24 hours after surgery IL-6, IL-8 levels comparedThere was no significant difference; in-stent restenosis group and non-restenosis group after six months, compared with IL-6, IL-8 levels increased. Conclusions Stent implantation before and after 24 hours IL-6, IL-8 levels predict ISR can not effectively occur.Late postoperative (eg, six months) IL-6, IL-8 levels of some significance to predict the ISR.
