PurposeAnimal tumor model using C57BL mice with Lewis lung cancer effect of resveratrol on the radiation sensitizing effect.MethodAnimal and tumor model:C57BL/6 inbred mice and Lewis lung cancer model purchased from Chinese Academy of Sciences Cancer Hospital, mice 8-9 weeks old, weight 18-24g, male. Will be transplanted with Lewis lung cancer in C57BL mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:(1) control group:no treatment; (2) Radiation alone group:were given 5Gy, 10Gy,15Gy,20Gy dose of radiation therapy; (3) drug group simple:only weight given to each mouse by intraperitoneal injection of drug 5mg/Kg; (4) medication+ radiotherapy group:the weight given to each mouse by intraperitoneal injection of drug 5mg/Kg,2 hours later respectively 5Gy, 10Gy,15Gy,20Gy dose radiation. Resveratrol not only has anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, antioxidant, anti-tumor function, and can lead to cell cycle G2/M phase arrest. As in the G2/M phase of the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiation than other cell cycle high, so inference has radiosensitizing effect of resveratrol.
