Objective: Through the establishment of our animal model of lung cancer, the application of the model of lung cancer on the xie shi lung cancer N0.1 side of the treatment intervention, by observing the different treatment groups of mice body weight and tumor weight in mice, tumor cell apoptosis rate, proliferating cell nuclear antigen ( PCNA) data for lung cancer in clinical better I can provide a theoretical basis of the application.Methods: 10d after passage from the source of Lewis lung tumors in mice, under sterile conditions in tumor tissue stripping choice, homogenate, made of tumor cell suspension (count the number of viable cells> 95%). Preparation of cell suspension will be good to 0.2mL / only transplanted in C57BL/6J mice subcutaneous right axillary, reproduce Lewis lung metastatic model mice. After the model 24 hours, the Lewis lung models were made in 40 mice and were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, xie shi lung cancer N0.1group, control group and treatment group. The normal group were given saline by intraperitoneal injection,the control group were given cisplatin 1 mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection, the lung cancer N0.1group were given xie shi lung cancer N0.1 0.6ml by gavage respectively, the treatment group were given xie shi lung cancer N0.1 0.6ml and cisplatin 1mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection every other day. After 15-day`s treatment. The inhibitory tumor rate, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) index and apoptotic rate were detected by immuno -histochemistry and flow cytometry.Results: 1, compared with the normal group, the inhibition rate in each group and compared weight were significant (P <0.01), the xie shi lung cancer N0.1group of the inhibition rate, body weight was significantly higher than comparative treatment group, control group and normal group (P <0.05), tips on the xie shi lung cancer N0.1 can significantly inhibit the cancer and increase the mouse weight, improve quality of life in mice. 2, Xie shi lung cancer N0.1 group,treatment group and contral PCNA index group compared with the normal group, with statistical analysis of the significance of a significant (P <0.01). Xie shi lung cancer N0.1 group and control group, treatment group PCNA index, there is significant difference (P <0.05). 3, the apoptosis rate of Xie shi lung cancer N0.1 group was significantly higher than that of treatment group, control group, normal group (P <0.05).Conclusion: lung cancer N0.1 Can significantly induce cell apoptosis,inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells , which may be one of the antineoplastic mechanisms.Lung cancer N0.1 in mice inhibited tumor and improve the quality of life have a significant role.
