| Objective:We observe the clinical curative effect and the safe reliability of Gui Lu Di Huang capsule on the patients who were suffering from Parkinson's disease.To provide a basis for deve-loping of Gui Lu Di Huang capsule, so as to find new traditional chinese drugs which have best curative effect, shorter effect time and no toxicity to treat it.To improve the patients'quality of life who suffer from Parkinson's disease, it has some guiding significance and practical value.This ultimately will achieve technology and product development, and can produce good social and economic returns.Methods:60 patients, who suffer from Parkinson's disease which is Liver-Kidney yin deficiency type, were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group which involved 30 patients had been taken Gui Lu Di Huang capsule and Madopar, while the control group were given placebo and Madopar.It should not add any drugs cure PD during observation. Four weeks for a course of treatment,after two courses,we observe the clinical effect, as well as the drug adverse reaction and drug side effect, evaluate the final results of treatment and analyse the correlative data by the Simple stati-stical software.Results:A Comparing the treatment group to the control group we found that:K In the treatment of Parkinson's disease which is Liver-Kidney yin deficiency type motor symptoms, the treatment group and control group can reduce UPDRSâ…¡,â…¢score, the diff-erence before and after treatment was significant (p<0.01). After treatment, the difference betweet two groups was not significant (p>0.05), which suggested both group show similar efficacy in treatment of motor symptoms; 2,The treatment group before and after treatment the main symptoms of Parkinson's disease Chinese Medicine score was different (p<0.01), while the difference of the control group was not significant (p>0.05),suggested in the res-pects of Chinese Medicine symptoms,the treatment group was super-ior to the control one.The treatment group before and after treat-ment the liver-kidney yin deficiency of Parkinson's disease score was different(p<0.01), while the difference of the control group was not significant (p>0.05), between the two groups before tre-atment, the difference of the liver-kidney yin deficiency score was not significant(p>0.05), but in the treatment of later,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01). On the effica-cy of Liver-Kidney yin deficiency symptoms,such as emaciation, tinnitus, headache,agitated manner,warm palms and soles, limp loin, frequent urination,the treatment group was better than the control group, which reflecting the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Parkinson's disease strengths;3. In the effect of non-motor symptoms, such as mental retardation, constipation,voi-ding dysfunction, sweat ing,mental disorders, Gui Lu Di Huang capsule combined with western medicine group was significantly better than the control group, suggesting the Gui Lu Di Huang capsule on the treatment of partial non-motor symptoms of park-inson's disease has a good effect;4,The possible mechanism of Gui Lu Di Huang capsule treating Parkinson's disease was to promote the proliferation of neural stem cell,and rebuild the nigrostriatal system neural projection pathway,and restore en-dogenous dopmine's function,thereby affecting the effect of dopmine;5,Gui Lu Di Huang capsule has not found drug adverse reaction and drug side effect, so it has better safe rel icibility. Conclusion:Gui Lu Di Huang capsule although not significantly alleviate the motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease patients, but may alleviate partial non-motor symptoms, and in the aspects of Liver-Kidney yin dificiency symptoms, it is obviously effec- tive, long-term use found no adverse reactions and side effects, and was easy to take.Combined with Western medicine treating Parkinson's disease was better,and can improve the patients' quality of life.This shows broad prospects for clinical applica-tion, and is worthy of further promotion.
