Background:Breast cancer is a kind of systemic disease, including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted therapy and the comprehensive treatment of TCM therapy is the main treatment, chemotherapy is an important link of comprehensive treatment, chemotherapy can improve the oerall surial and disease-free-surial in breast cancer patients, it also can delay the progress of the disease, but it can cause a series of side effects, chemotherapy drugs in kill tumour cells cannot avoid damage to normal cells, especially for rapid proliferation of cells, the toxicity of hematopoietic system is that marrow cells is restrained, causeing leukopenia disease. On December 6,2003, the international breast cancer conference was convened in SAN Antonio of the United States,the international famous breast cancer research (BCIRG) study found:CAT scheme as an postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy to the early breast cancer was brtter to the conventional standard chemotherapy in the five years survival results. This method can reduce the risk of death to breast cancer patients about 30%, reducing the risk of cancer recurrence about 28%. In NCCN guidet[1], the CE(A)T scheme is to be the recommend alternatives to the axillary lymph node-positie patients. This scheme of the recent toxicity is mainly manifested in the serious bone marrow in inhibition[2,3]. The leukopenia disease caused by bone marrow inhibit may increase the risk of infected patients, even cause chemotherapy extension or make the chemotherapy forcing to stop. Now, the main method to treatment leukopeia is using recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor injection(rhG-CSF), but it can appear all sorts of adcerse reactions in the clincal using process, such as fever,local reactions,cold symptoms of samples,pain of bone or muscle,rash[4], even causing serious adverse reactions:the shock, naive cell increases,acute renal failure,serious allergies or the infarction of the heart,brain or pulmonary, and so on[5]. Also there are some reports refer some clinical cases of leukemia reaction and Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) or Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) because of using the rhG-CSF[7]. Besides, the rhG-CSF is very expensive, it is lack of long-term and effective treatment methodsto the patients that long-term low WBC because of chemotherapy but no the indications to use the rhG-CSF.Purpose:Using the research methods of preview,random and contrast, to explore the relatively of diagnose spleen and kidney to breast cancer CE(A)T Chemotherapy-induced leucopenia(CIL), to observe the clinical effect of TCM to the leukopenia, looking for the more stable,safer and effectiver methods and approaches to improve the leukopenia disease, and then extending to the clincal application.Patients and Methods:Into 30 cases of breast cancer using CE (A) T chemotherapy from September,2009 to April,2010, Design the observation according to the literature research,divide the patients into treatment group and control group, treatment group taking the relatively of diagnose spleen and kidney, and the control group is not. Observe the change of the WBC counting in the blood analysis, use spss13.0 to statistics and analysis.Results:The study included 30 cases, the age is distribution from 36 to 55, and the average age is 43.97±5.35.There are 10 cases under 40 years old, and 17 cases from 40 to 49, and 3 cases from 50 to 55. In the pathological type, infiltrating ductal carcinoma is 29 examples, for 96.7%, infiltrating lobular carcinoma is 1 example, for 3.3%, and the staging is mainly of HandⅢ, both of 15 examples. In the differentiation degree, the differentiation of HandⅢare both of 15 examples. After the treatment, it is significant difference of the treatment group in the 7-day,14-day and 20-day(P<0.05). It is not significant difference of the control group in the 7-day and 14-day, and the numerical of the 14-day is lower than the 7-day. It is significant difference of the control group between the 14-day and 20-day,the 7-day and 20-day. Two groups of comparisons:the numerical of treatment group is lower than the control group in the 7-day, but it is not significant difference. And the numerical of treatment group is higher than the control group in the 14-day, and it is significant difference. The numerical of treatment group is higher than the control group in the 20-day, but it is not significant difference. Besides, it is not significant difference between chemotherapy treatment and leukopenia disorder degree,chemotherapy treatment and curative effect distribution.Conclusions:1) It is having good curative effect to using the relatively of diagnose spleen and kidney to breast cancer CE(A)T Chemotherapy-induced leucopenia, it can improve level of white blood cell coun, and it is more stabler in the treatment process.2) The patients taking the relatively of diagnose spleen and kidney have lower using rate of the rhG-CSF to the control group, with no obvious symptoms such as fever and hemorrhage. This papers that it is fewer side effects,stabler disease and relieved discomfort to the patients taking the relatively of diagnose spleen and kidney.3) It is not significant difference between chemotherapy treatment and leukopenia disorder degree,chemotherapy treatment and curative effect distribution.
