Clinical Study On Jianpiyisheng Compound To Leucopenia Caused By Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficiency of Jianpiyisheng Compo- und to leukopenia caused by chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty two patients with Malignancy who had WBC<4.0×109/L after chemotherapy were randomized into group A(20 patients who had jianpiyishengfang)and group B(20patients had jianpiyinshen Compound combined with rhG-CSF)andgroup c(22cases only use rhG-CSF),observe the Change of clinical symptom,life Quality,Blood Routine of patients.Results:all groups obtain the Curative effect,But group B is much better than the other groups. both group A and group B can distinct improvement anemia,Sickness,Palpitation,dizzy etc,In addition,group A and group B had less Side effect.Conclusion:The result indicated that Jianpiyishen Compound can improve patient's life Quality Obviously,and guarantee chemotherapy Carries on Smoothly.
