Objective:To investigate the clinical laboratory parameters changed by the influence of anxiety and social support, and the relationship between these changes with HLA-DQB1.Methods:1.133 sophomores from three different occupations (doctors 31, students 51 and farmers 51) were selected, and the states of anxiety and social support were measured by State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and SocialScience Research Solutions (SSRS).Hematological, clinical laboratory and humoral immune function paramenters of these people were tested. Then,40 individuals with highest score divided by STAI and SSRS were separated as high score group and 40 with lowest were separated as low score group. The differences of clinical laboratory parameters of two groups were analyzed in order to investigate the parameters changed by the influence of anxiety and social support.2. HLA-DQB1 alleles of doctors were determined by PCR-SSP, furthmore the states of anxiety, social support and clinical laboratory parameters were analyzed, in order to investigate the relationship btween clinical laboratory parameters changed by the influence of anxiety and social support with HLA-DQB1 alleles,Results:1. There were significant negative correlations between anxiety and social support, and significant differences of anxiety and social support between people of three different occupations.2. There were significant differences of some clinical laboratory parameters between high score group and low score group (P<0.5). MCV, RDWSD were lower in high score group divided by State Anxiety, compared with low score group;NEUT#,MCV,MCH were lower in high score group divided by Trait Anxiety, compared with low score group; RDWSD,LDL were lower while MPV were higher in high score group divided by subjective support, compared with low score group; MONO%,GLU were lower while RDWSD,TP,ALB,A/G,Chol,HDL,LDL were higher in high score group divided by objective support, compared with low score group;MCHC were lower while RDWSD,TP,A/G were higher in high score group divided by support availability, compared with low score group. MONO%,GLU, TP, ALB, Chol,LDL,hs-CRP were lower while RDWSD,A/G were higher in high score group divided by total support, compared with low score group.3. The changes of LYMPH#,MCV,BUN,hs-CRP,IgA,omplement C3 influenced by State Anxiety, and PLT,PCT influenced by Trait Anxiety were related with HLA-DQB1*02. The changes of MCV,ALB,A/G,BUN,hs-CRP, complement C3 influenced by State Anxiety, and MCV,TP,BUN, hs-CRP, complement C3 influenced by Trait Anxiety were related with HLA-DQB1*04. The changes of IgM influenced by Trait Anxiety were related with HLA-DQB1*06.Conclusion:Anxiety and social support could change some clinical laboratory parameters and this is maybe related with the phenotype of HLA-DQB1*02,*04,*06.
