Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment to thyroid mini-carcinoma.Methods:Retrospective analysis on 69 cases were all confirmed by frozen section and postoperative pathological examination.Results:44 case were preoperanvely diagnosis by high distinguishable colored ulrasound Suspected thyroid carcinoma.4 case were examinationed by puncture pathological,2 case were thyroid carcinoma.3 case examined by cervical lymph node biopsy.2 case were accompanpanied by lymph node metastasis. The postoperative pathological examination showed:there were 66 case (95.7%) of papillary carcinoma.2 case(2.8%) of follicular carcinoma.1 case(1.4%) of medullary thyroid carcinoma. Thyroid mini-carcinoma coexist with 64 cases of benign thyroid diseases. Intraoperative frozen section examination confirmed 41 cases of thyroid. Postoperative paraffin biopsy confirmed 28 cases of thyroid.5 cases of postoperative paraffin biopsy confirmed thyroid cancer patients with surgery secondary remedy.1 case complex issue of thyroid cancer after the second surgery. We were followed up for 2 months to 7 years, Except for 1 case after 3.5 years of residual thyroid cancer recurred, the remaining 68 cases of thyroid cancer patients had no recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion:Preoperative diagnosis of thyroid cancer is more difficult, the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates are relatively high. Thyroid goiter are often coexistence with thyroid mini-carcinoma, malig-nant lesions are often covered;thus enhancing the thyroid cancer rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examinations showed slight calcification in thyroid nodules on the thyroid cancer diagnosis has a high specificity, intraoperative frozen biopsy of thyroid can increase the diagnostic rate of intraoperativ. After surgery can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of thyroid cancer and have the better prognosis.
