Objective:Angiogenesis has been proven to make important sense in the occurrence of endometriosis. This experiment is to determine the soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1 (SVEGFR1) levels of the urine in patients with endometriosis, finally to find a non-invasive laboratory indicator, and then use urine's SVEGFR1 concentration to diagnose EM.Meanwhile, analysis CA125,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR)and clinical symptoms in the diagnosis of EM.Methods:Collect total 40 patients, who were admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University. including 25 moderate-to-severe EM patients, who were confirmed EM in pathology after laparoscopy or laparotomy, and 15 patients with benign ovarian tumor, who had operations because of pelvic pass and pelvic pain during the same period Collect the patients'urine at the second day after admission, then using ELISA method to test the urine's SVEGFR1 levels from all the patients. Assay CA125 levels in the serum of patients with chemical immunosorbent and record neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) of patients.Results:(1)The SVEGFR1 levels of urine from moderate-to-severe EM patients were significantly higher than control group (P=0.011).According to the ROC curve of urine SVEGFR1,we can find urine SVEGFR1 diagnosis of moderate-to-severe EM's sensitivity and specificity is 68% and 73% respectively, with cutoff value of 3828pg/ml.(2)There is no significant difference in neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) between EM patients and control group(P=0.088).(3)The combined markers of CA125 and SVEGFR1 had a sensitivity of 84% and specificity of 80% for diagnosing moderate-to-severe EM, with a cutoff value of 107199.(CA125 multiply by NLR).(4)Urine's SVEGFR1 levels were higher in EM patients with dysmenorrhea, history of abortion and infertility (P=0.03; 0.03;0.02) (5)There is no significant difference in endometrioma with different side (left or right) distribution(P=1.0)and the stages(P=0.194). Urine's SVEGFR1 levels in EM patients with different types showed no significant difference.Conclusions:(1)SVEGFR1 makes important sense in the occurrence of EM,Urine's SVEGFR1 levels in moderate-to-severe EM patients are significantly higher than control group's.Urinary SVEGFR1 levels'test is a non-invasive and rapid test method. It can be accepted better and used in clinic, It is meaningful for diagnosising moderate-to-severe EM with urinary SVEGFR1 levels≥3828pg/ml.(2)Combining SVEGFR1 and CA125 to diagnosis moderate-to-severe EM,the sensitivity and specificity is 84% and 80%,respectively.(3)Dysmenorrhea,history of abortion and infertility are related factors with high SVEGFR1 in urine.(4)Urine's SVEGFR1 levels are not related with left-and right-distribution of endometriomas (P=1.0),stages,(P=0.194)and the types of endometriosis.
