A Data Mining Study On Regulation Of TCM Of Deep Venous Thrombosis

Object:To explore the TCM regulation of deep venous thrombosis, in order to offer the evidence-based data supporting to guide the TCM differential treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Method:The research literature collected from periodical database(1994-2009),analysis has been carried out deeply,focus on the medicine that had been used,especially the internal therapy. Database was established with Access software.the medicine serves as the variable,the medicine found in prescriptions was valuated as 1,the medicine absence in prescriptions was valuated as 0. Frequency analysis was appllied to find the commonly used medicines and medicine category, clustering analyses was appllied to find the prescription their components and drug pairs with close interrelationship, principal component analysis was appllied to simplify the components,all above data mining methods were been used to explore the regulations of Chinese herbs usage.Result:119 papers were selected out from the periodical database according to the inclusion criteria and the exclusion criteria,there are total 159 kinds of medicine,the pretreatment was been taken on their syndrome type. There are 39 kinds medicine that common used, accounting for 79.03% of the all used medicines,their frequency was above 0.9 per cent.The most frequently used drug was promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,their frequency was above 43 per cent.The status of heat-clearing drugs and promoting diuresis drugs are also very important,only second to the promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.Conclusion:Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, removing dampness and promoting diuresis and heat-clearing are the most common therapeutic principle used in treatent of deep venous thrombosis,and be used throughout the therapeutic course.regulating qi, supplement qi,warming yang and invigorating pulse are comom associated therapeutic principles. By data mining methods including frequency analysis, cluster principal component analysis, principal component analysis and so on, we can extracted the herbal administration regularity from the widely literature,that is concealed in it, to provide guidance for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
