Clinical Observation On Efficacy And Safety Of Danhong Injection In Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris (Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,and to determine the efficacy and safety of the drug.Methods:The sample capacity of the trial was 20 cases,which were from November 2014 to May 2015.Symptoms of unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome).Filter into groups according to plan.They were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was divided into the experimental group and the other 10 cases were divided into the control group and the control group(n = 10).The course of treatment was 7 days,followed by a total of 21 �days for a period of 28 �days.During the observation period,the general condition of patients,the efficacy of angina pectoris,TCM syndrome score,and the Seattle scale were recorded.Informed consent before the start of the trial.After finishing the experiment,sorting and statistical test data.Based on the data,the experimental results are discussed and analyzed.Result:1.Clinical effectiveness:(1)Angina score:two groups experimental group and control group before treatment,the angina pectoris score,the difference was not statistically significant(P.0.05)Comparable.The two groups after treatment(seventh days)integral angina pectoris,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(2)TCM syndrome score:two groups experimental group and control group before treatment,TCM syndrome score,the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05)Comparable.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups(seventh days)after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Seattle Angina Questionnaire:two groups before treatment,compared with the control group,Seattle scale points.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.The scores of Seattle scale were statistically significant in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.Safety:during the experiment,significant adverse events did not occur in all patients.Conclusion:1.The effectiveness of Danhong injection in unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)is mainly manifested as:(1)Reduce the angina pectoris curative effect integral,and enhance the unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)angina pectoris curative effect;(2)To reduce the TCM syndrome score:Reducing TCM syndrome score and reducing symptoms of TCM;(3)The stability of angina pectoris and the stability of angina pectoris were improved in the angina pectoris scale SAQ of Seattle,and the degree of treatment satisfaction and cognition of the patients with angina pectoris were improved.2.The safety of Danhong injection in unstable angina pectoris(blood stasis syndrome)is mainly manifested as:(1)Vital signs:Vital signs:patients during the test of blood pressure and heart rate had no obvious abnormal changes;(2)The laboratory examination results of liver function renal function and blood coagulation showed no changes,no effect for safety.
