Self Bainian Tang Erythema (Atrophic) Type Of Oral Candida Albicans Infection Efficacy

Objective:To observe the Self BaiNian Tang Decoction erythema (atrophic) type of oral Candida albicans infection in clinical efficacy. Methods:meet the erythema (atrophic) type of oral Candida albicans in the diagnosis of 82 patients were randomized:Self-BaiNian tang group (traditional Chinese medicine treatment group) 29 cases, the local treatment of oral herbal medicine on the basis of self BaiNian Tang fluconazole group, once every day;26 cases on the basis of the local treatment of oral fluconazole capsules for the first time 200mg, after each 100mg, once every day; blank control group of 27 patients given only topical treatment; Three groups were drug for 15 days. Beginning and end of treatment were recorded symptoms and signs score and laboratory culture of Candida albicans colonies. Results:Statistically, the traditional Chinese medicine group, fluconazole group and control group on the erythema (atrophic) type of oral Candida albicans infections have therapeutic effect of fluconazole treatment group and control group was superior to control group, traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group, the total efficiency of fluconazole was no significant difference in efficacy similar to; medicine fluconazole treatment group the recurrence rate lower than the control group and the control group. Conclusion:Self BaiNian Tang erythema (atrophic) type of oral Candida albicans infections do have good clinical effect, and the lasting effects, recurrence rate, found no toxic side effects.
