Objective:To explore the clinical effect in the AIDS merged with oral candida albicans who were used APDT mediated by DMMB.Methods:60 cases diagnosed with AIDS merged oral candida were selected,42 cases as experimental group treated by APDT mediated by DMMB,18 cases as control group treated by 5%sodium bicarbonate solution and Nystatin.Analyzed the change of the number of candida albicans colonies before and after treatment.Observed the relationship between the effect of photodynamic therapy and the opportunistic infection and the number of CD4~+T lymphocytes in the study group. Results:The study group and the control group have a therapeutic effect on oral Candida albicans in AIDS.The total effective rates of the two groups were95.24%and 61.11%,and the clearance rate of two groups of Candida albicans were 73%and 52%,respectively.The clearance rate of candida albicans of experimental group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The opportunistic infection of the giant cell of rubella is not related to the efficacy of APDT,there is no statistical significance in the difference(P>0.05).The number of CD4~+T lymphocytes had no effect on the effect of APDT on the treatment of Candida albicans, there is no statistical significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:APDT mediated by DMMB has a good effect in AIDS merged oral candida albicans infection and the effect is significant with little toxic side effects.Rubella giant cell opportunistic infection has no effect on the efficacy of APDT against Candida albicans. The number of CD4~+T lymphocytes had no effect on the effect of APDT on the treatment of Candida albicans.
